One thing I inherited from my mother is a love of shooting closeup photos of flowers and foliage. With my new camera, I can take that to the next level, especially once I get a macro lens. I just never tire of getting down on my hands and knees to get the perfect flower shot. Now I wouldn't say this is a perfect flower shot, but I like it nonetheless.
Also, I figured it would be good to give the specs of the photos I highlight each week for all those photography buffs out there. Shutter Speed: 1/800, Aperture: f/5.6, ISO 400, Exposure Compensation: 0, Focal Length: 55mm.
